We’ve partnered with a growing manufacturing business that’s building their People & Culture function - they’re ready to welcome a confident, capable HR Advisor to help drive the next stage. This is a broad, hands-on generalist role supporting a blue-collar workforce, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, site-based environment with lots of variety. You’ll be reporting into an executive-level HR leader who values autonomy, initiative, and impact. The Role Oversee payroll admin (Employment Hero), ensuring award compliance and accurate processing Assist with end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for both frontline and support roles Provide first-line HR support on policies, performance, ER, and employment conditions Support WHS, RTW, and workers comp matters in collaboration with external providers Maintain HR systems, records, contracts, and reporting (turnover, leave, etc.) Drive engagement initiatives, internal comms, and support cyclical HR processes Confidently interpret the Manufacturing Award and coach leaders on compliance and best practice About You Experience in HR coordination or advisory, ideally within manufacturing or blue-collar environments Solid understanding of modern awards, payroll admin, and employment legislation Proactive and approachable, with confidence to coach and guide frontline leaders Comfortable working onsite full-time and embedded with operational teams Strong communicator with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail RTW accreditation and Mental Health First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) What's on offer? $90K Super 5% Bonus Birthday leave Wellness leave Onsite in Ingleburn Generalist scope – payroll, ER, recruitment, engagement, safety High visibility across the business and executive leadership Real opportunity to shape the culture and influence people practices This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to grow their generalist HR career in a high-impact environment.
